Gift Basket Donation for Silent Auction
Our fifth annual dinner dance is coming up on Saturday, November 17th at the beautiful Trump National Golf Club in Colts Neck, New Jersey. Traditionally, we have had a number of distinguished attendees from inside and outside our community. We are fortunate to have such generous support and hope that you consider a donation of a basket or other item for our silent auction. Your donation will not only be tax deductible, but your business will enjoy display in our ads and exposure to a number of people from the tri-state area.
How to Make a Donation to Impact OASIS
Impact OASIS depends on a variety of sources including individual donors, corporations and foundations. Donations in any amount are appreciated. We are incorporated as a public non-profit charitable organization under section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Service.

Tribute Donations
Impact OASIS is pleased to accept donations in honor or in memory of individuals or to acknowledge a special occasion. We will notify the relatives of that person or tribute person with your permission.
In-kind Donations/Volunteer Time
Impact OASIS will accept donations of time and energy from volunteers who will work at the farm and assist in fundraising activities. If you would like to volunteer, please email us at impactoasis@gmail.com.
Impact OASIS will accept donations of goods and services. The valuation of such gifts, as well as the costs associated with the appraisal of such goods or services are the responsibility of the donor.

Securities
Impact OASIS will accept gifts of publicly traded securities and gifts of closely held securities provided that:
• the donor places no restrictions on the sale of such securities
• the securities are marketable and capable of being liquidated in a reasonable period of time
• the value of such securities are determined by an independent appraisal. Valuation, as well as the costs of appraisal, are the responsibility of the donor.
Property
Impact OASIS will accept gifts of real property. However, Impact OASIS will not accept a gift of real property if such acceptance will cause the organization to incur a financial burden, potential liability or other obligations. Valuation of real estate, as well as the costs associated with procuring an appraisal, are the responsibility of the donor.
Matching Gifts from Companies
Many corporations and companies nationwide participate in matching gift plans that allow you to double or triple the impact of your gift! Request a matching gift form from your human resources department.
Workplace Giving
Some companies host events to raise money for a specific charity. You can suggest Impact OASIS as a charitable organization to be the recipient of such a gift.
Corporate Sponsorship
Your Corporation can sponsor specific charitable events. Please refer to our calendar to view upcoming events.

Foundation Grants
If you know of a foundation or corporation with a charitable giving program whose funding interests match the services provided by Impact OASIS, please let us know! We are always looking for foundations to help fund various projects and programs.
